Two and a half centuries after the USA was founded, Pluto is back where it started. In any major Plutonian time, people – and nations – are invited to reckon with their own dark sides. That sounds ominous – and, if we let fear gain the upper hand, it can be! But there is also an implication that we are ready to do that brave work and to face the things we have been frightened to admit.
